Order totals
Edgar Jarvis use the ‘Order Summary Form’ ONLY when processing order totals. The ‘Order Collection Sheets’ that show everyone’s names and their order are for the customers reference ONLY. If you have any queries regarding this please contact Edgar Jarvis prior to placing your final order.
Artworks
It is the responsibility of the customer to approve the artwork before printing or embroidery begins. Customers providing logos, names or specific artwork confirm that any materials supplied do not infringe any UK laws. The customer confirms that any logos supplied are done so with the full knowledge and permission of any parties with proprietary or trademark rights and that any personal names are supplied with full consent of the persons named (or the consent of their parent/guardian if they are under 16).
Changes to artwork
Any changes to artwork MUST be brought to our attention prior to artwork being approved. Any changes requested after the artwork has been approved may not be possible or may incur further costs. We accept no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to artwork supplied.
Pricing
Edgar Jarvis reserves the right to change prices and to do so without notice. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT and delivery. Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 15–20 working days following approval of all artwork and designs. Edgar Jarvis accepts no liability for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control, including delays caused by third‑party couriers or domestic delivery services.
Force Majeure
Edgar Jarvis is not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond it’s control.
Faulty items
Faulty items must be reported to Edgar Jarvis, within 3 days of delivery, any unreported faulty items after this timescale, will not qualify for replacement.
Washing instructions
All washing & care instructions of the garments supplied by Edgar Jarvis must be strictly complied with. As these are customised items you cannot simply refer to the care label in the garment.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance with Edgar Jarvis. Any alternative arrangement, will be confirmed in writing by Edgar Jarvis.
Title
The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to Edgar Jarvis.
Cancellations
Any cancellation must be submitted to us in writing. All artwork, setup work, or associated costs incurred before the cancellation is received will be charged in full, and any garments already processed at that point will also be charged in full.
Screens
Screens remain the property of Edgar Jarvis.
Copyrights
This website incurs Copyright Protection of all intellectual property including images, designs, or any other aspects of the website and will face full and immediate legal proceedings if Copyright infringement has occurred by individual/groups or any organisations or persons acting solely or in conjunction with other parties. Edgar Jarvis accepts no liability for infringements of copyright by the customer when artwork is supplied.
Samples
Samples can be provided on request, and charges may apply depending on the items requested.
Substitute Garments
Edgar Jarvis will always endeavour to supply any particular garments specified in our brochure. Where these are unavailable, however, Edgar Jarvis reserve the right to substitute with garments of similar quality or size.
Approvals
Order confirmations are issued for approval before production begins. Once payment is made or you instruct us to proceed, this will be taken as full approval of all aspects of the order, including artwork.
